Professional Experience

I have practiced public accounting since 2017, beginning my career with federal tax compliance. I joined the Moss Adams Mergers & Acquisitions tax practice in 2022, where I primarily serve private equity and private/public companies with tax due diligence, with an additional focus on tax structuring, planning and transaction cost analysis.

I am a CPA licensed in the State of Colorado as well as an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the IRS.
